Antonella da Silva is a Senior Business Consultant at Harriss Wagner. Her areas of expertise are in strategy, change management and systems implementation.

Since joining Harriss Wagner in 2000, Antonella has worked closely with management and operational staff in many reputable law firms in Australia, Asia and Europe to analyse their legal practice management requirements and implement best-practice solutions. 

Antonella has over 10 years of experience in the implementation of large, integrated practice management systems and best-of-breed document management systems. She has been involved in conducting strategic reviews, systems evaluations and selections, data analysis and migration, business process re-engineering, workflow design, system design, report design, and systems integration.
