Amanda Harriss is a co-founding Partner of Harriss Wagner. Her areas of expertise are in strategy, front-line project management, systems implementation and change management. Since the incorporation of Harriss Wagner in 2000, Amanda has worked closely with management in many reputable law firms in Australia and Asia to plan and manage their major projects to improve operations and bottom-line profitability.
Amanda has over 15 years of experience in conducting strategic reviews, systems evaluations and selections, contract negotiations, risk analysis, business process re-engineering, project planning and management, change management program design, program management and providing organisational structure advice.
